Gabion Wire Mesh Introduction:

Gabion Wire Mesh is a double-twisted wire mesh container of variable sizes, uniformly partitioned into internal cells, interconnected with other similar units, and filled with stone at the project site to form flexible, permeable, monolithic structures such as retaining walls, sea wall, channel linings, revetments, and weirs for erosion control projects.

Gabion Wire Mesh material:

a. Hot dip galvanized: 40-60g, 245g ,270g zinc coated.
b. PVC/PE coated: This provides a overall increase in diameter of 1mm to all wires used

c. Galfan: 95% zinc, 5% aluminium

Gabion boxes applications:

It can be mainly used in supporting and protecting of side slope and basis pit, mountain rock hanging mesh, green guard rail netting on side slope, railway guard rail netting, and highway guard rail netting. Heavy hexagonal mesh also can be worked into stone cage or stone cushion, and used in reservoir, river or dyke for closure.
